Privacy Policy
Effective April 12, 2026 — Operated by CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how Unifeed (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our social media management platform. By using Unifeed, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), we receive OAuth access tokens and the account data necessary to publish posts and retrieve analytics on your behalf. We store these tokens in encrypted form and use them only to perform actions you explicitly authorize.
Content You Create
We store posts, captions, images, videos, and scheduled content that you create in Unifeed. AI-generated content produced by the platform on your behalf is also stored under your account.
Analytics Data
We collect performance data from your connected platforms, including post reach, impressions, engagement rates, and follower counts. This data is displayed in your analytics dashboard.
Business and Contact Data
If you use features like CRM, invoicing, or email marketing, we store the business data you enter, including contact lists, client records, and campaign details.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe provides us with a payment token and billing summary.
Usage Data
We collect logs of features you use, pages you visit, and actions you take within the platform. This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Unifeed service, including post scheduling, publishing, and analytics
- Power AI-generated content features using your account context
- Send transactional emails (post confirmations, billing receipts, account alerts)
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Personalize your news feed and content recommendations
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the platform through aggregate usage analysis
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Social media platforms: Content and tokens are shared with the platforms you connect, as required to publish on your behalf.
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI text generation), fal.ai (AI image generation), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Resend (email delivery), and news API providers. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Social media tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain audit logs for sensitive operations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for platform improvement purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking by third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from remaining logged in.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and review the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate account information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Disconnect any linked social media account at any time
- Export your content and data

8. Children's Privacy
Unifeed is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
