Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unifeed. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are using Unifeed on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false information or that we believe have been compromised.

3. Description of Service

Unifeed is a social media management platform that enables users to schedule posts, manage multiple social media accounts, generate AI-powered content, view analytics, run email marketing campaigns, and access related business tools. Features vary by subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Elite).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Unifeed only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates the terms of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use AI content generation features to produce misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of our published API

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Your Content and Connected Accounts

You retain ownership of all content you create using Unifeed. By using the Service, you grant CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC a limited license to store, process, and publish Your Content on the platforms you connect, as directed by you. You represent that you have the right to publish all content submitted through the platform and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

By connecting a social media account, you authorize Unifeed to take actions on that account on your behalf (posting, reading analytics, etc.) within the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your account settings or directly through the social media platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

Unifeed uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic Claude) to generate text, images, and other content at your request. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content, and you assume all responsibility for content you publish.

8. Intellectual Property

The Unifeed platform — including its design, code, trademarks, and original content — is the property of CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent. Content you create remains yours; platform technology remains ours.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Unifeed connects to third-party social media platforms whose terms and policies govern your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, rate limits, or restrictions that may affect the functionality of Unifeed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity to any third-party platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unifeed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that posts will publish successfully to all connected platforms, or that analytics data will be perfectly accurate. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Unifeed, including but not limited to lost revenue from failed posts, incorrect analytics, or third-party platform policy changes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Unifeed at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we will process data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu to attempt informal resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of Unifeed after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
